These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and a2game ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform available at a2game.ws ("the Platform"). In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any specific promotion or game rules, the specific rules will take precedence only in relation to that specific matter; in all other respects, these Terms prevail.

a2game reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

To register and maintain an account on a2game, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during the operation of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. a2game enforces a strict minimum age of 21 and requires CNIC-based identity and age verification before processing any withdrawal. Providing false age information during registration is a serious breach of these Terms.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other non-natural legal persons may not register as players on a2game.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your location.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously been permanently excluded from the a2game Platform.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of a2game or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment partners.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. Any registration completed with false or misleading information may be voided at a2game's sole discretion.

a2game reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any stage to verify your identity, age, address, and payment method ownership. This may include a valid Pakistani CNIC, a recent utility bill or bank statement, and screenshots or confirmations of EasyPaisa or JazzCash account ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by a2game may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

Each player is permitted to hold one active account on the a2game Platform at any time. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, shared payment methods, or shared IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, a2game reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all bonuses claimed across those accounts, and retain any funds pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, nor permit any other person to access your account. All activity recorded on your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawal requests submitted — is your sole legal and financial responsibility, regardless of whether that activity was conducted by you personally.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify a2game support immediately via live chat or by email at [email protected]. a2game will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure your account, but cannot accept liability for losses incurred prior to notification of unauthorised access.

a2game strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. Players who have enabled 2FA benefit from an additional layer of protection against unauthorised account access. Instructions for enabling 2FA are available within your account settings dashboard.

All deposits and withdrawals on the a2game Platform are denominated and processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). a2game accepts deposits via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Online, and Meezan Bank transfers. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit stated as a platform-wide rule; however, individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.

Deposits are credited to your a2game PKR balance within approximately two minutes of a successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider. a2game is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems or network congestion. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 15 minutes, you should contact a2game support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification before processing. First-time withdrawal requests always require submission of CNIC documentation. Subsequent withdrawals may be processed without additional documentation provided your verification status remains current and no suspicious activity has been flagged on your account.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit, in accordance with standard anti-money-laundering (AML) requirements. a2game does not charge a platform fee on standard withdrawals. EasyPaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically credited within 20 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically processed within one to two business hours during standard banking hours.

a2game reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending completion of enhanced due diligence checks where unusual account activity, potential bonus abuse, or AML red flags are identified. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer on the a2game Platform. By claiming any bonus or opting into any promotion, you agree to be bound by the specific terms of that offer in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

All bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps associated with each bonus are specified in the individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be met using real money balance before bonus funds are applied to any bet.

The following activities are considered bonus abuse and will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once
• Providing false personal information to qualify for a promotion
• Systematically placing low-risk or opposing bets to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure
• Coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures
• Exploiting technical errors, display errors, or miscalculated odds to generate artificial winnings

a2game reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Decisions made by a2game regarding bonus eligibility, wagering requirement calculations, and promotion outcomes are final and binding.

All sports bets placed on the a2game sportsbook are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type as published in the a2game Sports Betting Rules, accessible from your account dashboard. In the event of any ambiguity between general Terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules govern for that bet.

All casino game outcomes on a2game are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems audited by independent testing laboratories. Live casino game outcomes are determined by physical game apparatus operated in regulated live studio environments. a2game does not influence, manipulate, or interfere with game outcomes in any way.

a2game reserves the right to void any bet or wager where:

• A technical error, software fault, or display error resulted in incorrect odds being offered
• The bet was placed after the relevant event had already concluded (late bet)
• There is credible evidence of match-fixing, corruption, or unusual betting patterns related to the event
• The bet was placed in violation of these Terms or the specific market rules

In the event of a void bet, the original stake is returned to the player's PKR balance. Winnings associated with voided bets are not payable. Players who believe a bet has been voided incorrectly may raise a formal dispute through the a2game complaints procedure set out in Section 15 of these Terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the a2game Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity, age, or payment information
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the Platform
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports corruption in connection with bets placed on a2game
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing a2game support staff or other players via any communication channel
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation
• Using VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic or account restrictions
• Sharing account access or allowing a third party to operate your account

Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, a2game will close the account, void all pending and historical bets placed in connection with the prohibited activity, and retain any funds pending resolution or regulatory reporting obligations.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of a2game.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes a2game's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

a2game collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and account operation — including your name, CNIC details, contact information, payment details, and gaming history — is used for account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and responsible gaming purposes. a2game will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

a2game may share your personal data with third-party identity verification providers, payment processors, fraud detection services, and regulatory authorities where required by law or by the conditions of a2game's operating licence. All such third parties are bound by data processing agreements that restrict their use of your data to the specified purpose.

a2game reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• The player has provided false or fraudulent identity or payment information
• Suspicious activity, potential money laundering, or bonus abuse is detected on the account
• The player is found to be under 21 years of age
• a2game is required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or law enforcement agency
• The player has self-excluded and subsequently attempted to register a new account

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms by the player, a2game reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found following investigation, any remaining real money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via the original payment method.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their a2game account may do so at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any remaining real money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe.

a2game reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights or obligations — a2game will provide reasonable notice by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, by notifying players via email or in-platform notification.

The effective date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the a2game Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure in accordance with Section 12.
